Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using SleekSpin you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SleekSpin is a web application that connects to your Discogs account and helps you design, price, and print record labels. It includes free features and an optional paid tier (“SleekSpin Pro”).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Discogs connection

You log in via Discogs OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Discogs account. Use of Discogs data through the Service is subject to the Discogs API Terms of Service. You must not use SleekSpin in a way that violates those terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
  • Use automated means to place excessive load on our servers.
  • Resell or redistribute SleekSpin features without our written consent.

6. Pro subscription

Billing

Pro is billed as a recurring subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

We do not refund partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@sleekspin.com within 14 days of the charge.

7. Marketplace pricing

Pricing suggestions are derived from Discogs marketplace data and are informational only. They are not financial advice. You are solely responsible for the prices you set when selling records.

8. Intellectual property

The SleekSpin application, design, and branding are our property. Your Discogs collection data belongs to you and Discogs. Labels you design are yours.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
