SleekSpin is a web application that helps vinyl record collectors design, price, and print record labels. For questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@sleekspin.com.
When you connect your Discogs account via OAuth, we receive and store your Discogs username, profile avatar URL, and OAuth access tokens. We never receive or store your Discogs password.
We cache your Discogs collection (release titles, artists, artwork, tracklists, marketplace pricing) in our database so the app loads quickly. This data is deleted when you delete your account.
Label templates, field settings, condition grades, pricing selections, and custom text you enter are stored against your account.
If you subscribe to SleekSpin Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID and a flag indicating whether your subscription is active. We never see or store your card number or bank details.
We use PostHog to collect anonymised usage analytics (page views, feature interactions). This data is used solely to improve the app.
We use Sentry to capture application errors. Error reports may include your Discogs username and the URL you were visiting when the error occurred.
When you use the AI description generator, the release title, artist, and tracklist are sent to OpenAI to generate a description. No personally identifiable information is sent to OpenAI.
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Account data is retained for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your tokens, cached collection, and label data within 30 days. Sentry logs are retained for 90 days. PostHog analytics for 12 months.
You may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@sleekspin.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest. All connections use TLS. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
SleekSpin is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
Material changes will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of SleekSpin after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
